This site is published by agca·studio solely to present the studio and its projects.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies and writes no identifiers to your browser. Visits are counted in aggregate with a measurement service that sets no cookies and collects no personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not identify you as a person.

Third-party content

Some project pages include a virtual tour. The tour is loaded from a third-party server (net-fs.com) only when you press Start the virtual tour; until then no request is sent to that server. When you start the tour, your IP address is transmitted to that server. The map on the contact page is a static image served from this site.

Personal data

There are no forms on the site, and the site itself collects no personal data. When you write to us by email, your name, email address and message are used only to reply to you, on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK): processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. They are not shared with third parties other than the email provider through which the correspondence is handled, and are kept on that provider’s servers for a reasonable period after the correspondence ends.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your personal data has been processed, request information about that processing, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Send requests to info@agca.studio.

Image rights

All images, drawings and texts on this site belong to agca·studio; all rights are reserved. The images may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used commercially without written permission. For press use and any other permission request, write to us from the Contact page or at info@agca.studio; permission may be granted on condition that the source is credited.
